Your Journey is planning a new and exciting Egypt trip that will include the un-travelled middle kingdom of Egypt - to view the rarely visited Meydum pyramid, Beni Hassan, Hermiopolis and Tel Amarna - the site of the rebel pharaoh Akhenaten, who radically changed Egypt's religion, culture and capital. Check back for updates as Laura travels around Egypt. When she is back we will have great pictures and a finalized itinerary for a trip in early 2012.

Heart & Stroke Foundation Ride for Heart

Anna joined with the 13,000 cyclist for her 10th time on Sunday June 6, for the hardest ride yet! Very proud to say from the hardest physical ride I managed to raise over $1,000!! So grateful to everyone who donated and all the great support! I ride in memory of my mother in law Shirley Wing King and for my husband Chris - who suffered a heart attach at 39yrs of age! Remember it can happen to anyone, fit, unfit, young or old! Thank you to the people at the Heart & Stroke Foundation for all their amazing work, Chris had such great support after his heart attach and it continues to this day.

Who wants to join me next year? Maybe we can get a Your Journey Team together! It is such a rush speeding down the DVP with bikes all round you and no cars!
